박홍근 기획예산처 장관이 소방 예산을 안정적으로 확보하기 위한 실효성있는 대책을 마련하겠다고 밝혔습니다.

박 장관은 오늘(23일) 국회 국정감사에서 소방 예산이 부족하다는 정태호 더불어민주당 의원의 지적에 대해 "재난 현장에서 안타까운 희생이 발생하지 않도록 정부도 적극적으로 노력하겠다"며 이같이 말했습니다.

이어 "안정적이고 구조적인 소방 예산을 어떻게 확보할 것인가를 고민해야 한다"면서 "당장 내년에 반영할 수 있는 부분과 중장기적으로 제도 개편 필요성까지 다 봐야 할 것"이라고 덧붙였습니다.
